    I used it last year and had great results, but with the introduction of CEE and its low price you would be much better off getting CEE instead of TRAC, TRAC is just time-released arginine and creatine monohydrate.

    I just recently got off it about 2 weeks ago wasnt that pleased with it my strength went up considerably only noticed a little increase in muscle size
