Is it true that they help to reduce Visceral Fat?

I doubt it would have any significant loss of visceral fat. You are asking about visceral fat and not sub-cutaneous fat right, visceral fat is fat in and around your organs.

NO the three BCAA's do not reduce visceral fat that I am aware of. We have two types of fats which are: 1. subcutaneous directly under skin and 2. visceral which is under muscle tissue and surrounds vital organs just like nsa said. Men have mostly visceral while woman get alot more subcutaneous fat. Your body metabolizes this fat as it passes the liver to make cholesterol which is needed for the body but excess as we all know is not.
