so ive read up on all those threads...
Im 198lbs 6ft
probably about 15%
This is what I came up with to cycle t3 and clen
T3
days 1-5 200mcg
day 6 100mcg
day 7 50mcg
Clen
day 1 40mcg
day 2 60mcg
day 3 80 mcg
day 4-7 140 mcg
then off for 5 days and repeat
How many times should i repeat this?
Im on 500mg test week for 6 more weeks
run the t3 like this till my cycle is over then continue with the clen???
200mcg is ALOT of t3....... what's your RT?
There is no need to ramp T3 IMO either.
Don't start at 200mcg, try 25-50mcg to start...
what should days 1-5 be then?

Start at a lower dosage, say 25-50mcg, and work up... don't start @ 200, that's a really high dose.
Im only "on" for 7 days.... how could i ramp that up?
do you prefer the longer cycles of t3?
I've never ran it 7on, 5off. I just came off 3.5wks of T3 w/ good results. Will be using it again very soon for 7wks.Quote:
