I have a tub of it lying around and just realized now that it is probably a worthy PWO supplement. It has the dextrose, carbs, and creatine. May as well use it right? Seems pretty worthy to me.

You might as well although I'll tell you that **** aint worth putting in my mouth even as a PWO besides I can't take that **** burning of my throat because of that ALA in there but since you have it might as well use it.

yea it burns alittle on the way down, i actaully liked the product, but when i was off it all the gains went away, Im going on creatine in like a month and a half, once i get my body fat down n cut alittle, probally going with cee, i saw its the best n the cheapest, great combination

might as well try it, it has alot of sugar and dextrose in it that causes upset stomach in some people, thats all i really know about it. Ive never tried it personally though, way overpriced for my tastes. You would think it would taste like the nectar of Gods balls with that price tag.

I was reading that you only need about 90 grams of carbs to create an insulin spike, and Cell-tech has about 75, so it is definently worth using PWO before a protein shake/meal.
