    Am I taking to many things??

    I am taking Sesathin 1.5 ml 3x a day, lean extreme 3x a day, multi vit 1x a day, and the two amino's ( forgot what there called ) l-argine and the other l amino..


    Is this to many things? Am I safe?

    Your good bro....you should see some of the others guys daily supps...its like a fuggin laundry list of hippity hooplas and what nots...you not on whey, dex or EFA's?

    Those would change your physique dramatically over time. At least the whey and dextrose will, and you can drop the amino's because you'll get them from the whey/dextrose shakes PWO.

    I know people who take a lot more than that. You have the basics down pretty much. I would add fish oil. If your cutting, you really dont need dextrose IMO.
