Thread: arginine timing...?

i've been trying arginine pre workout and have not experienced a good pump yet. I've taking 3g's about 1 hour after a meal and 1 hour before training but about an hour after i take it like right before i hit the gym i have something to eat like chicken or a shake, is this restricting the pump i should be getting???

Try 6 grams 30 minutes pre workout.

not really, that stuff doesnt have too much of an effect on me, 4 works just as good as 6 in my opinion! 200mgs of caffine actually gives me really good pumps!

I didnt feel anything off AAKG powder, but when I take something like ABB's Nitric Force (premixed drink $3) I feel like I am going to get stretch marks from a single workout.
