Alright decided on stack to take to try and get rid of chest fat

I am going to order and try these together and see how it goes

1.)rebound xt
2.)lean extreme
3.)sesathin

also what about a lil lipoderm for topical chest and abs...

are all these ok to take together?
when should I take them?
also what dose's?

I was thinking sesathin @ breakfast and dinner w/ meals
lean extreme one pill morning afternoon and bedtime
but not sure about rebound xt... any help or input would be great.. want get things in order asap

OH yea what do u think about lipoderm fact or myth?? I have heard a lil of both...

I have used Lipoderm, Ultra on my waist when dieting with very good results. I know of others who have had good results. Plenty of people have had results with Lipoderm and Yohimburn, a similar product. If you have extra money, sure. If not, then your stack will be ok without it. For dosing, take one serving of Sesathin with 3 meals, but not immedately PWO. Lean Extreme, take one cap in the morning, and 2 at night. Rebound XT, take one in the morning and two at night as well. Make sure you take Rebound XT with a meal containing fat, it helps absorbtion. I think Lipoderm would top it off nicely, and aggresively target the chest fat, but it will only work well if your in a caloric deficit, and doing cardio. Good luck.

I have never used Rebound XT. I currently use Formadrol V2 from Legal Gear. I'm stacking 1-test and 4-ad and I got some soreness in my nips. I started using Formadrol V2 and within a few days my soreness went away.

just ordered stuff will be here in two days... i decided to not use the topical @ this time so i just went with the

is there any special amount of calories i should keep my self @ like 3200 or around there iam 22 6'1 187lbs. so i am not exactly fat.. just have some around tummy and on chest, I eat fairly healthy never fast food or anything like that. does it matter or can i keep eating the same and these pills wont be affected by my caloric intake/?

To lose fat, you have to be in a caloric deficit. 3200 cals at 187 is probaly a small surplus. Your basically going to have to diet. The supps will just amplify the results of the diet. I would shoot for about 500 cals lower than currently, which is not really all that much.
