    question about CEE from trueprotein

    hey guys, i have a few ?'s. First, i know that one is a volume measurement and one is a mass, but how many grams are in a tablespoon with ethyl ester. I dont have a scale right now. It would just be nice to use a tablespoon as a scoop. And second, does CEE convert to creatinine when left in water like monohydrate? If not then i could just so a solution or something.     a teaspoon is 5g +/- 1g
    a table spoon is 10g +/- g
