Tribulus hard on kidneys?!?!
I was reading an ad for tribestan last night and it said quote ''there is speculation that kidney problems can result from the use of tribulus terrestris because in experiments, sheep and lambs developed kidney stones. Tribulus terrestris is classified as a poison plant because of that''.
Wow, i was pretty shocked when i read that, i always thought that trib was a totally safe, natural herb. Anyone ever hear about this before?

I've read that it causes liver problems in goats that eat it as 90% of their diet, and I've never read that it is poisonous to humans. It shouldn't be a problem for your kidneys or liver unless you plan on eating 4-5 pounds a day.
