This comes from my Flex Magazine:

Caffeine has been shown to act directly on muscles by triggering an increased calcium ion release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum. Traslation: in theory, this will lead to stronger muscle contraction and greater froce production by the muscle. Also a greater focus and productivity during workout, which all bodybuilders can benefit from. Recommendation is 200-400 milligrams consumed 45 mins prior to training. Look for products that contain caffeine anhydrous for best results.

I just summed up the article. Hope this helps.

Yes, Caffeine has vasodilating properties. I get extremely vascular when I take it.

I would argue that it may enhance creatine absorption

since caff stimulates the pancreas to release insulin and the insulin puts your body in an "absorptive" state

the only thing is the diuresis by the caffeine but that can be alleviated with increase H20 consumption

Yes to caffeine causing increased vascualrity/pumps. I have no idea about the interactions of these two chemicals, once they are inside your body.

Holly wood more is not better with Caffeine

300 would be the max to take at one sitting any more would be over kill in my humble opinion

caffeine is to get you alert, help burn fat while you exercise, and to increase adrenalin

thats about it it not a "pump" product

more can be harmfull please use it sparingly

300 mgs is like 2-3 cups of strong coffee

i train 5on 2off, do you think that the 2 days off without caffine intake will allow my body every week to become more "sensitive" to it so i dont get used to the drug???

    yes

if you dose it ONCE (just pre workout) per day you should be fine

its when you take more that the results become less
    pronounced
