    its a good technology, but a limited one in regards to how it functions in the body compared to the CEE

    Kre-alk is essentially Creatine mixed with soda ash

    creatine with soda ash should form a water soluble sodium salt

    and when you consider its price

    esp how much it cost before I would not buy it

    see the thing is i cant have any water retention at all and to my knowledge CEE will convert into creatinine a little bit, and that causes bloat???
