massive mood swings, not on gear

i've only been working out for a little over a month but i've been getting massive mood swings. i thought it was something like raised testosterone levels from working out, but its been really bad lately. i get extremely mad, depressed, and a lot of anxiety. maybe its the supplements i'm taking. heres a list of what im currently taking

    multivitamins
    glucosamine
ephedrine w/ 1 lipo 6 once or twice a day
melatonin to sleep at night only once in a while
    sometimes other sleeping pills
    was taking NO2 b4 for a little
    no creatine, just protein

that's all i can think of as of now. my diet lately has been really bad because i'm in the middle of trying to change it from the junk i usually eat.

anyone have experience like this? i am not on anything besides these supplements and never have. i'm also trying quit smoking but have had a few cigarettes.

Lipo-6 gave me slight mood swings when I first started using it. If it gets bad enough, switch to regular ephedra.

i took it one more time and yea its the lipo 6, i think the yohimbine in it is too much for me. i sleep around 6 hrs a day but i've been taking regular ephedrine and i'm ok now. i also have a lot of stress from other things that add too it and make it a little overwhelming.
