Before/after pics from my stack
I just got my lean xtreme,heat stack and sesathin in the mail today, i will be starting this tomorrow, i am going to post before pics below and every week post my progress so people can see if the product really works(lean xtreme n sesathign seem to be ontop of everyones list right now, ill post pics up in alittle bit when i get home, ill also post my exact diet and workout, hope this helps some of you cutters out(i should have done this 2 onths ago, seeing as its so close to summer) but better late then never. I guess ill be the guinny pis fot his forum on these products

Just to note, you need to take HEAT stack in between meals for best effectiveness. As of late, I have been dosing 4 caps 3 times daily (above recomended dose) and I have noticed I am in a slightly better mood than normal. But, Im not using it to diet, more for focus and anti fat gain while bulking. It is mildly stimulatory, but it does not hit you like a ton of bricks like E/C does. Not near.

yea this is my first day on it n didnt notice ne stimulation at all, but thats a good thing in my opinion, as long as its doing its job. I actually had a few questions. 1 was lean xtreme says take when u wake up, and wen u go to sleep, but it says to take 2 pills 3 times a day, wheres the 3rd dosage come from?? also witht he sesathing im just gonna shoot it directly into my mouth, its easier n quiker that way, also i noticed that the sesathing sticks to the glass(if u out it in a drink) so i figure direct injection is the best method, my diet is about 220 grams of protein, 35 carbs, and about 20 grams of fat.

And heres the workout im on, on days i weight train n do cardio i do AM cardio, on strictly cardio days i dont bother waking up early n just dont eatr about 3 hours before i do cardio, not the best way but it keeps me alittle more rested
MONDAY- CHEST/Cardio
2 warm ups doing flat dumbell x12 x10
FLAT DUMBELL(legs up on bench)- x8 x6 x6
INCLINE DUMBELL- x8 x6 x6
DECLINE BENCH- x10 x8 x6
Chest press 3X10- done very slow and really flex my chest to get a good stretch
TUESDAY- Cardio/ Abs/ Stretching
WED- BACK/Cardio/
Hit lat row- 4x10
Lat pull down(wide) 4X10
Smith machine bentover row- 4x10
SHRUGS-5x10
I lay down flat on an incline bench on my stomach and do raises- 3X10
THURS. - Cardio/Abs
FRIDAY-- SHOULDER/TRI's/ABS
warm up doing dumbell pressed x12 x10
Military smith machine(front) x8 x6 x6
arnold presses- 3x8-10
side raises(palms foward) 3x10
front raises(bar) 3X10
Skull crushers- x10 x8 x6 (should i be going heavier? like x 8 x6 x6
ezbar pushdown-3x10
rope pull down-3X10
2 sets of dips( the ones using 2 benches not the on ein the air) to exhaustion, should i switch to the dips that are done in the air?
SAT- Bis/legs/abs
Warmup 2 sets of ezbar sitting curls x12 x10
long bar- x8 x6 x6
standing curls(start off palms facing side then come up and have them facing chest) x8 x6 x6
incline bech curls(palms always fcing foward x8 x8 x8

For Sesathin, I generally take a bite of food, shoot it in my mouth, and go on with it. For the Lean Extreme, you could take the second dose about half way in between the am and pm doses. But this is splitting hairs. I would take 1 in the am, and 2 before bedl
