    Best Protein Supplement

    Please post your favorite Protein you have had your best experiences/gains with while on AAS. Mine so far is Isopure Low Carb but i am looking for new ideas i havent been exposed to yet.

    Optimum Nutrition - cookies 'n' cream OR chocolate -best value and great taste
    Solid Whey is good value too but ON tastes better IMO.
    Nectar protein tastes really good but very pricey.
    do a search and you will find the answers you are looking for...

    Procomplex is the best hands down....if you dont believe me compare the label to any other company. 55g of protein and 5g of glutamine and other BCAA's in every serving, tastes great. Multi-blends of proteins....

    Well, 190 lbs person can only consume approximately 30 grams of protein per serving, so you are wasting 25 grams of the stuff. More is not always better!

    Different absorption rate of whey protein and solid food bro, you are able to consume about 55 grams of whey as opposed to say 23-30 grams from solid's

    Ok well first off I am 230lbs and I am on a butt load of gear, I can absorb alot more than 25 grams buddy.
