    Talking B Complex

    Hey Fellow Members
    What vit/mineral supplement do you take , (if you take) to get high potency B- complex ? I used to take Brewer's Yeast ( tablets ) since it contained a great deal of trace elements too. Maybe you folks share some other good alternatives??

    As for just reading on the lifting of the ephedra ban, WOW!! I hope and prayer that's genuine. I cant wait to see the advent of RFA-1 and VPX thermogenic.
