    Looking for best fat burner

    So far its either avants HEAT or lipo 6

    Any other ideas on what would be the best non ephedra based thermo?

    A homemade thermo such as this might do the trick:

    200mg Caffeine
    5mg Yohimbine
    500mg of A-L-C
    500mg of Taurine
    500mg of Green Tea

    i wouldn't buy a fat burner. I would make my own. do something as Blown SC suggested. maybe with 80mg of aspirin too...
