Anyone tried this or something similar?

Has anyone tried this or something very similar? if so, how was it?
If I did buy this would I use it instead of my regular creatine and would it be advisble to take anything else along side this?
Also, does anyone have any good ways of taking this supplement? (I know the labels on these things don't always have the best instructions).

v12, Swolev2, Dymatize Expand, etc. They are all basically cell volumizers, A AKG, and creatine. They work pretty decent as far as increasing pumps, etc, and you should see some small gains over a month, diet and training smart. As for directions, take 1-2 scoops 15-20 minutes pre workout. I always liked taking one during workout as well.
