Hey PPL,
I am starting the gym today after a very long vacation away. I have not stayed up with what new or what works well. I am looking for some advice for products.
I plan to use the old fashion methods:
Creatine
Protien
Myoplex Shakes
What I need to know is what compinies make the better product. I am going on a mass diet would like to add the supliments to it just dont know if celltech is still good. can anyone advise me on the recommended products.
