I have my whey protein isolate, and am looking to start making my own protein bars/cookies to eat every day for another 40-50 grams of protein. I consume about 125 g's of whey isolate each day, and was wondering if it would be better to use a different type of protein in the bars. Soy, egg white, whole egg, etc.....looking at true protein's site. What do you guys think? Should I use something else or just use more whey?
