Not enough to justify buying them... your whey should have enough aminos in it.

Mine would definately be a good whey protein powder, micellar casein protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, multivitamin, EFA's and creatine. Those are all you need for the daily to grow. A healthy diet consisting of lean animal protein sources, green leafy vegetables and either carbs or fats should also dramatically help increase muscle mass. You can't build a tower with out the building blocks, so it is reasonable to think that without the proper macro's at the proper times the person in question will not gain as much as someone sticking to a strict-timed diet and training with the same routine and intensity

    FOOD
    WHEY
    MULTI - VITAMIN
    TRIBULUS
    CREATINE - CEE
    DEXTROSE
    FISH OIL
    L-GLUTAMINE
    BCAA'S

You should get enough of your L-Glutamine & BCAA's out of your protein/MRE drinks, I always take a serving of each right before bedtime.

    Multi-Vitamen
    EFA's
    and enough protein

Thats the lift for everyday regardless of lifting or not, when workout days roll add in:
    Dex
    Creatine

Glutamine is hotly debated and untill I get conclusive evidence of its ability to aid I cant say its a staple though I do use it.

fish oil has epa/dha in it already. Flax must conver to it, and does so poorly, Think of flax as a prohormone to fish oil.
