They'll last at least 2 weeks if they are in an air tight container, you might have to give it a quick shake up before you down it though.
I wouldnt wait that long if you are using milk... why do you want to keep them for so long?
I just want to make like a gallon of shakes so that I dont have to make them all day.
I would say its ok to make a gallon if your using water in the shake, though you gotta give it a good shake before pouring so nothing settles
Yea i understand. I don't mind making my 4 protein shakes daily because I can use a shaker cup, but when I start bulking I dont want to have to whip out the blender every day and do dishes.
