The only creatine pills I would take are CEE, if your talking about monohyrdrat though I would stick with the powder.

I know Dymatize Xpand is now in capsules, but its not just CEE.

dude honestly try a product called cre-alkalyn(i might have spelled it wrong)its a purple pill in creatine form and honestly ive only been taking it for like a week and a half so far but its the best form of creatine ive ever taken yet (even compared to the powders). im just taking it to fill me out a little bit cause my new diet seems to be flattening me out a little. im bridging it for a month till i start my cycle and it seems to be doing the job very well... hope i helped out
