I have never tried it, but I have heard that it is **** and tastes the same. Even the guy at GNC who was trying to sell it to me said it was bunk... I wouldnt use it.

    its casein

its casein...it isn't bunk...don't trust anything from anyone at GNC. they try sell everyone the GNC brand and don't know **** anyway.

it may not be the best tasting protein, but it's casein, so it will work just fine for providing a slow digesting protein source during your sleep.

I just bought two boxes of it. Each came with about a 2lb jug of AM and PM vanilla protein. They were marked down to 17 bucks each probably because they expire next month. They honestly don't taste that bad. They are definitely tolerable, however, I have had tastier. Its definitely not a crappy product, but more than likely way overpriced if you pay GNC's standard price on it. As GQ said, casein isn't garbage. If you can get a deal on it, I would definitely pick it up.
