i got 10 pounds of dextrose for $17, i guess thats a good deal, sounds like alot. but anyway i take dextrose with my pwo shake, 1g protein=2g dextrose right. and should i take the glutamine b4 and after my workout.

Depending on what protein you use and how many scoops you might not need to supplement it. Some protein powders already have enough glutamine and BCAAs in it.
Most protein powders contain glutamine, if your taking extra though I suggest 5 grams before bed and 5 before morning cardio (if your doing morning cardio).
