Cutting advise from the experts please
my friend left harlequins last year and is pretty cut as it is. he now wants to put on a little size but really get as cut as he can. what supplements can you boys reccomend.
oh, he doesnt want any major side effects, and isnt really bothered about productive strength. haveing been paid to smash up his body for 2 years, he wants to get it looking as hot as possible

Those shoule be used without a doubt, creatine can also be added but those four are what I consider "core". It seems as if he wants to put on size and get cut, You cant really "cut" and "bulk" at the same time so try to choose one and read the sticky associated with it up top.

Dextose - These rapidly digested carbohydrates will quench the catabolic hormone cortisol, produce a dramatic insulin spike for the purpose of shuttling nutrients into muscle tissue, and will begin to replenish muscle glycogen stores which have been somewhat depleted during exercise.
You should be taking it weather your cutting or bulking, it comes in powder form and is basically corn sugar (tastes like crushed sweet tarts), In your PWO shake you should add dex in at a 2:1 ratio. 2 scoops dex/1 scoop whey.
EFA's are essential fatty acids, good fats you need to grow, stay healthy and so forth. I use fish oil, its pretty cheap (though it tastes like ass). Alot of guys on this board use "udo's oil", i havent tried it. You may want to google that.

Probaly the two best non stimulatn weight products I would recomend would be SesaThin and Lean Extreme. But those are after you have your bases covered.
