Not really. Just dont throw in ephedrine, and it will be fine.
Ya like pro said ephedra is what you want to stay away from, but as long as you are using ephedra free products should be no problem.
So I will get the benefits from the NO explode. I do cardio in the am. Should I take the Lipo before and then No Explode before lifting.
Yes. Yohimbine works best wihtout the presence of insulin. So in a fasted state it would be ideal.Quote:
