Everybody knows that ZMA is supposed to release GH and help with Test production (apparently). I have been taking Zinc pills and Magnesium pills every night before bed, and I have not been having any results. Is there something about combining the two powders that can not be gained from taking them seperately (but at the same time)? I have heard people sleep good, and generally feel better while on ZMA, which I have had none of the above. I don't take either within 2 hours of milk or any other calcium (including protein shakes). So I can't figure out what it is, the two together actually seem to keep me awake. Any ideas?
