Is there a good supp for reducing BP? I had mine checked over a two week period and it was something like 140/90 and then 135/85 2 weeks later...I am not running anything (and I have not yet)...I am just curious if there is something that can help? Also, will there be some physiological benefits that I will notice from lowering my BP?
