i'm wondering the same thing. and where do you get it?
I was wondering if it helped in losing fat or just in keeping fat off.
Either, it is dependant on your goals. When bulking, I would use 1-2 servings daily. When cutting, 3 servings is plenty, although some have double dosed with greta results.
