i took it for a month, people have told me when theyve used it they notice they wake up more often with "morning wood", n gets the, horny, bu ti found absolutly NO stimulation in this area, and no strength/size gains, so i woudl never purchase it again, thats just me, ive sued supps that worked for me n other people hate
what would say it helps me relax at bedtime to aid sleep.as for anything else i am not honestly sure.
I can't say that I've noticed any other effects but it really does help me sleep
so far, there has only been one vote for it actually working, could this be industry hype striking again?
I slept like a beauty and had constant boners...
I just started on it 2 nights ago. How soon do you notice the effects?

I live in Canada and for 55$ a bottle for a month, a mix of zink, vitamin B, magnesium, i think i can cook up that mix myself for 10$ a month.

It's possible it isn't going to work for you: One important point to remember is that calcium, (as in milk products for one), will negate the ability of the zinc to work, so you should cut out any products with calcium for a few hours before taking the ZMA. Since most take it at bed time, you don't eat stuff with calcium in it until the following morning either.Quote:

ZMA is no roid for sure, even though I think it has it's place. Even Andro is stronger in it's effects than ZMA. But off cycle I wouldn't want to be without my ZMA personally.
