how can this be such a huge problem to take together when products like No xplod and superpump250 contain both of these and arginine??? Obviously they are ok to take together and will not cancel out the effect of the other..

i agree that its a myth ive done both together and had good gains
what I mean by over stated is that it does not consider amount of ingredients and timing as well and other benifits they may have
for example co-injestion of Caffeine with Creatine may lead to more creatine uptake do to caffeines insulin raising properties
superpump250 looks pretty good, ne one ever try it?
