    True Protein

    Lets here your customized PWO shakes. Was thinking of using a mix of malodextrin, and dex, along with some whey isolate protein. How much mal., and how much dex should I put in, as it has to add up to 100%

    how much does it cost? you might be better off just buying the dex seperately as to save money.
