what supplement do u take before and after morning cardio?
I have been taking, the following and wandering if it is sufficient?
500mg vit c
5 - 10g glutamine
2pints of water
ECA (1 hour before - 20mg/200mg/150mg)
50g whey protein
3 table spoons walnut oil
3 CLA tabs (750mg each)

drop the L-glutamine ( its not stable inthe gut) and try peptides instead, they taste like shite but will deliver glutamines benifits
also try Bcaa's during cardio
