    honeyvillegrain.com dextrose

    I ordered a 50lb bag of dextrose from honeyvillegrain.com. The bag its in has no label. How do I figure out how much to measure for me shakes? Anyone know? Thanks.

    the way i do it is, with my protein scooper, look next to serving size on ur protein jug, it should say something like 25grams or something near that. im not talkin about grams of protein but actual grams of powder in scooper. then have the ratio of dex to protein 2:1.
