some supp questions
I will be starting clen sometime next week, i read you should use ala, r-ala, and taurine, wondering what exactly these r, and what they do?

ala is a insulin mimicker and antioxidant...taurine is the most abundant amino acid in the body(next to glutamine) it acts as a insulin mimicker,cell volumizing,and also may help decrease protein breakdown by decreasing 3-methylhistidine

r ala is a stronger form of ala
K-rala is the most stable/strongest of ala

Nope Designer suppliments
Macros is a good product as well but because of the extra ingredients in Glucophase Xr I can feel it much much more!!!
