Make E/C/A Stack?

Peace, I read on AR today about making your own ECA Stack. Is this true or False. Someone help me please b/c I know Ephedra is banned & I cant find eca stack anywhere. Can somebody help out? thanks :icon_roll

i make my own E/C stack....works better i think....i use 25 mg ephdras and 200mg caffene take them when i get up and at lunch then just one ephdra around 3

you can get pure ephedrine from DNE PHARMACEUTICALS (the do require valid ID) several canadian sites sell it (8mg tabs) and several sources carry it (dose varies 10-50mg)
