    Which one is better?

My friend has this product from health n fit called anabolic muscle, tasted great, and had a ton of protein with minimal fat. Its pretty cheap, i like the taste, so seems like it would be a great purchase. just wanna run this past u guys, make sure its a quality product. Im gonna post the link that has all the info on it, ne feedback would be appreciated. all the nutritional value is based on u taking 4 scoops a day with 32 OVERALL oz of milk, 2 16oz drinks. im no tlooking to gain a crazy amount of weight, just wanna put on alittle muscle. It claims to add muscle with minimal fat, which is exactly what im looking to do, but obviously u cant belive what the company says
