ALA for PWO?

Does anyone take ALA for PWO? or every other time you ingest carbs?

You need R-ALA w/ Biotin, not regular ALA.

at least 3 times as effective with PPAR and specific cellular uptake that even the highest dose of racemate (ALA) will not acheive.

its less neccesary from a glucose uptake standpoint. most people take only 100mg post workout, even with up to 100g carbs (over that would reccomend 200mg).
