but seriousky is it worth taking..

Its a decent product but its not worth the cost. The creatine and the carbs are the only thing that your really getting any benefit from out of it, especially for the cost.

IMO you would be better off just getting some CEE and taking it with 200-400mg of R-ALA, and taurine powder or caps. Im not really sure about vadyl sulphate, i think its a slin enhancer but I dont know anything about the dosage. Not sure but there prolly isnt enough in there to make a diff. So yes you will get decent results with cell tech but you can do much better.

Its cheaper to make your own. Buy a big bag of dex and a big tub of creatine, and some ALA powder if you want that in too.... you will save a packet! $

yup, add a little coolaide powder in there and you have a cheaper and better tasting cell tech

buy those individual ingredients over at custom nutrition wharehouse. com

mix in some sugar free koolaid and you've got the same thing for a fraction of the price.

it's not going to blow you up or anything. you will probrably gain a couple pounds of water weight, but it will volumize your muscles and allow you to lift harder.

the key is a good workout and good diet. supplements will only help you once these are in order.
