    Summer PH/ Supp Plan- Critque

    5' 11"
    195 @ 11% BF


    Letro start 2 weeks before cycle taper down to .25 mg ED throughout cycle and PCT

    Week 1-10 Clen ( benadryl every 3 weeks)
    Week 3-7 M- Dione @15mg ED
    Week 3-8 1-AD @ 500 mg ED
    Week 3-8 4ad LGP @ 6 servings (15mg M-4ad,50mg 4ad/ serving)
    Week 3-8 Novla @ 10mg ED

    Week 9-13 Novla @ 40mg ED ( drop to 20mg ED 2nd week in)
    Week 9-13 Clomid @ 100mg ED ( drop to 50mg after 14 days)
    Week 3-13 B-12 Inject@ 500mcg ED( 2 on 2 off)
    Week 7-11 CEE @ 4g ED ( was thinking thermolife CR2)

    R-ALA- PW0 @ 200mg
    Milk Thissle 400 mg ED during PCT
    Tribulus @ 5g ED during PCT


    Plan to consume 5000 calories,300-350 g protein, 200g carbs ED MINIMUM
    This is the first time for me to take casien before bedtime and use dextrose

    Will prolly add 10g glutamine to bedtime shake and 5mg taurtine(sp) to my morning shake.

    Would love to add 15-20 LBM from this run........

    one quick question.... Do I use a 25 guage 1 " for B-12 injections and can i shoot in the glute with that?

    BTW ive made a couple runs with M1T screwed up bad the first time I did it (before I found this board). That was over a year ago, since then ive ran 2 m1t cycles and I've only really had a good diet on 1 of them. Im finally starting to get a clue about diet and such. Anyways I wanted to try the m-dione because ive never tried it before and im tired of the damn m1t sides, especially not being able to eat worth a crap on it. I love 1ad but ive never gone higher than 300mg and Ive had as good or better gains than m1t because i eat better on it ;I hope something magic happens at 500mg. Also first time running 4ad this high ( yeah i know its made by legal gear but i ordered it before I found this site). Let me know if the 4ad need to be higher. Ive also never ran clen before but Ive heard great things about it in preventing catabolism and increasing protein synthisis, especially during PCT. Im running it according it to hookers profile . Im just a little worried about blood pressure running it for so long with the Prohormones but I dont think ill have a problem. Let me know what you think.

    That cycle plan looks very well planned. I did a mistake to with m1t a couple years ago. Good luck.

    well you might have to push yourself to reach this goal but its a really good cycle.

    I would honestly expect around 10pounds 15 pounds LBM tops with this cycle

    yeah i screwed up bad

    never taken m1t before just small doses of 1ad and someone reccomended it to me and just said it was like 1ad but better. 1ad at lose doses didnt shut me down hard so i thought it'd be a piece of cake.

    6 weeks @ 20mg/ day and then i thought different, first of all my diet sucked partly cause i cant really eat good on m1t,2nd of all i didnt have any knowledge on a good diet.Got horrible acne, didnt do PCT-so the acne persisted due to messed up test levels i guess. I had no sex drive for 4 months and lost all my gains. It wasnt fun..... I wish I had found this site before then i prolly would have never touched the stuff and been all natty to this day and had just about the same amount of progress.

    So to all you noobs 10mg/day for 4 weeks, PCT is a must.

    so your saying i should go 7 days on, 7 days off for the length of cycle

    im not really using it to cut, im just using it to keep extra body fat off and the mild anabolic and anti catabolic properties for it. ( especially important for PCT)

    let me know what you think.

    yep. I hope I did not come off as harsh, Im more mad some people can spew crap on the internet, and people take it as fact, not your fault. Keep you doses mild, maybe 80mcg for the 7 days.

    Ok good, so the 7 on 7 off will work fine for anabolic purposes because im really not worried about cutting untill I get a little bigger. Also does clen hit the same receptor as an androgen ( would it decrease the effectiveness of an androgen if its taken at the same time). Also I'm guessing blood pressure is much less of an issue with 7 on 7 off.

    Also do you think 15 pounds LBM is possible with this cycle.

    Seems to me that everything is in order now. IMO 10-15 pound LBM is a good goal and attainable depending on your diet, training and sleep. I personally would up the carbs to around 450-500g, keep the protein around 300g and ingest some healthy fats.
