Has anyone tried CENSOR from NDS? It clams that it only attacks the fat on your a abdominals is this true?

nope not true no there is no such thing as spot reduction

it has good ingredients but I would pay 50 per bottle of it buy the seperates and make your own

I take 6 to 8 censor's a day. GREAT product IMO. Very beneficial for overall health. I am not entirely sold on the weight loss claims, however. It probably helps somewhat, but not like the claims on the bottle. BTW - I get mine for $15 a bottle at my local GNC. Find a franchised store that carries it and I'll bet you can get a good deal.
