milk thistle

Anybody got specifics on which milk thistle is best?

I know with a lot of the herbal supps, some brands, compounds, etc are 10x more effective than others.

With milk thistle, is there one delivery system that's proven more effective? One company that offers a better product, etc?

The best trib around I think is from trueprotein.com. It definitely has the highest percentage of saponins compared to anything else i've seen at 90%. I have only heard good things about it and I myself believe its the best stuff around. It's a little more pricey at 17.99 per 100 grams, but definitely worth it.

I dunno why but he's referring to tribulus. Anyway, there aren't really any delivery systems for milk thistle. The best milk thistle is the product that is standardized to the highest percentage of silymarin. Most milk thistle products are standardized to about 80% silymarin.
