Substitutes for EC/ECA Stacks?

Hey whatsup guys? I wanted to take sume supplements in aiding my cut and I realized that with a sound diet, cardio, and lifting program, stacks would really help me out. But I'm really weary of anything withe ephedra in it (not flaming anyone or anything--I guess I'm just a wuss or something :1laugh: ).

Are there any other options in coming up with a sound supplement combo in quickening my fat loss?

DNP, T3, Clenbuterol all work well, just don't stack them together. As far as stacks go i would say yohimbine, alcar and caffeine works very well for fat loss.

This will vary from person to person due to personal sensitivity to caffeine and/or yohimbine. But for me I use 5mg Yohimbine, 1500mg ALCAR and 200 mg Caffeine each dose. I generally take 2 doses a day while cutting. Some people use 3 doses each day but it runs too close to when i go to bed to work for me.

if you wanna stay away from things like ephedra and other sunstances that have been related to health problems, i recently did heat stack, lean xtreme n sesathin(i always take ses now its a staple for me) this worked EXTRREMLY well, iw oudl say it honestly worked better then the clen cycle i did, and saw better results, id say go with that,

I Havent really been talking about it on the boards because I WANT MY MP FIRST LOL

But I sincerly hope it works as the studies show it does

So I know some of the avant guys got a hint of what its actives were did anyone share any info with you prolangtum???

no one shared info with me, but an old post on AL was brought up recently, and some one mentioned that the studies sounded a lot like some of the studies the MP thread on AM alluded to. Alls Sledge said in response was "the suspension builds"
