    What is better K-R ALA, R-ALA or ALA

    Which one of these are better?

    k-rala because it is more stable to temperatures and light

    totally agree there have tried several diff. kinds of alpha lipolic acid , but GLUCOPHASE XR by DS has worked the best , i believe it has more bioavailablity than anything on the market .

    I have to respectfully disagree. I use the brand you are referring to with very noticable affect.
