    ECA before cardio

    does it matter how long before cardio u take ur ECA...can i wake up pop the pills and then hop on the tredmil?

    Ideally you want to take it about 15-30 minutes before cardio. It takes time for the ingredients to be absorbed and become active. BTW, aspirin IMO should be dropped from this stack.

    I agree with dropping the asprin before a workout because it affect the PWO insulin response in a negative way, but (assuming you take a dose in the middle of the day) i say keep the asprin (st. joseph's 81mg)

    I dont remember the exact explantion off the top of my head, but the asprin keeps your body "normal" during the heightened thermogenisis state.

    It thins your blood during thermogenisis, which IMO isn't worth the risk of stomach ulcers from continued use.

    I used to use beta 3 and ripped fuel for morning cardio. I would set the alarm 30 prior to having to get up pop the pills then go back to sleep. Get back up pop some aminos and hit the stairmaster for 30-45 min...
