what do you guys think of 4AD in pill form?

im gonna run my second M1T 4AD cycle soon but I only found 4AD in pill form, now I have heard that it is less effective and as other pills i bet its liver toxic.. but is it really that bad? is it worth taking? how much worse is it compared to 4AD from a transdermal?

It's not very toxic as it isn't a 17aa. You will; however, have to dose higher because much of the product will be destroyed in the liver. That's why the transdermal is so much more effective.

so about how much should I take /day instead of 400mg?

I would say somewhere in the range of 800mg-1000mg. I'm not sure of the actual percentages though so you might want to ask someone like prolangtum or bryan.

oral 4ad is really useless becuase you only absorb 5% of what you eat and out of that 5% only 15% of that turns into test.

so every 100mgs 4ad you eat you get .75 of 1mg so 100mgs oral 4ad doesnt even give you 1mg of test!!!


If you have enough Id go with 2000mgs ed to give you 15mgs of testosterone in your body this wont do much for building muscle but it will minimize some sides although not much.

so just take it all pre workout if you dont have enough because thats when youll need it the most.

THROW the M1T or as i lkie to call it rat poison away and look into MAX LMG or superdrol for a better compound.

m1t is effective but the sides are unbearable to most- SD is effective and has very mild side effects.

SD and Max are 2 different compounds with different effects research both to find what one better suits your purpose
