Isopure
Guys,
A friend recommended Isopure for me because he states that it would be ok for me to take and there would be zero side effects for me.
I am lactose intolerant, so this is a big deal for me, because Isopure as you know happends to be whey, which comes from milk if I am not mistaken?
Anyone share any light on the matter.
Thanks

From forum? Its fine, whey isolate are for people who have issues with whey concentrate. You shouldn't have any gastrointestinal discomfort or any lactose problems with it.

You shouldn't get any migraines from isopure, its whey isolate not whey concentrate. Isolate is virtually lactose free.
