Ive herd a lot of peopel talking about making their own n02, but just using l-arginine, l-glutamine, and creatine....do you guys think this will help give you the pump as well???

Not sure! But its cheap so why not just buy it. My opinion at least.

:1laugh: lol, N02 is far from cheap, I hope you were talking about l-arg instead. Yes, you can make your own N02 that is typically better IMO. All I did was take 3 grams of AAKG (Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate) pre workout...Quote:
