    Can you make your own n02?

    Ive herd a lot of peopel talking about making their own n02, but just using l-arginine, l-glutamine, and creatine....do you guys think this will help give you the pump as well???

    Not sure! But its cheap so why not just buy it. My opinion at least.

    lol, N02 is far from cheap, I hope you were talking about l-arg instead. Yes, you can make your own N02 that is typically better IMO. All I did was take 3 grams of AAKG (Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate) pre workout...
    I thought it increased my absorbtion of creatine when I would take them both pre workout and creatine after.

    exactly just take 3g AAKG-am 3 preworkout, and 3pm and you will have the same effects of no2. and make sure your am and pm doses are on an empty stomach before eating.
