Contest Prep and Diuretics....

Hey, I'm getting ready for a pretend contest. I've been cutting for months now as I was hoping to do a show on the 6th coming up, but unfortunately I cannot afford to do it 'cause it's out of state, times are very very tough right now, and I just simply can't afford it. It sucks though 'cause it's a natural contest, I'm still 19 so I can place in the teen category, and I'm actually lean enough (finally) for it!!
Anyways, there's a beach party for my highschool's graduation and it's on the 4th, so my new "contest" is the forth now :wg:

Anyways, how and when should I take diuretics for this comp? What's a good diuretic, and what about potassium uptake?

Oh, and one more thing, on the last week is it okay to be on fat burners still or should I cut them out? What about contest day?
Caffeine, redline, xenadrine, etc....
